Romola Ratnam is SVP, Social Impact, Endeavor. At Endeavor, she has been tasked with leveraging the company’s vast network to drive social change.
Ratnam oversaw the launch of Endeavor Impact, the company’s social impact brand focused on four key pillars: equity, democracy, industry inclusion and sustainability. Throughout her time at the company, Ratnam has also worked with the Foundation to realign its activities to support overall industry inclusion and to fund programs that align with its mission to ensure that sports, entertainment and fashion industries are accessible to all, and reflective of the populations that live in our communities and consume our content.
With Ratnam’s guidance, Endeavor continues to bring together elected officials, civil servants, non-profits and various members of the entertainment industry for conversations, panels, screenings and events surrounding diversity and inclusion.
In her role, Ratnam also consults on and implements philanthropic strategies and initiatives for clients, including John Mayer, Lilly Singh, Brie Larson, Hilary Swank, Kevin Durant, Marshawn Lynch and Charlize Theron.
Prior to her current role, Ratnam was Director, Corporate and Sports Partnership at UNICEF USA, and previously served as a Co-Executive Director of the SEED Project – a sports and education non-profit based in Senegal. She began her career at the National Basketball Association in Global Business Development, with a focus on their philanthropic unit, NBA Cares.
